About CBL OUR MISSION
Just like the homepage says, our main goal is to provide "Agency-Quality" creative and media solutions with a "Small Business" approach. We ourselves fall right into the small business category and definitely know the obstacles one faces when trying to put together the best product possible with little to no means. In fact, we very much pride ourselves on that mantra.
We are owner-operated with the help of a few other like-minded creative types, and really love the opportunity learn about our clients and work first-hand with them on whatever creative solution they may need.
Offering graphic design at a reasonable price usually lacks either good quality, long turnaround times or sometimes both.
We feel we have found the fine line in between both of those issues and do a pretty nice job at it. If we can help you
achieve success with anything as small as a business card to a logo design or something as large as a full-scale print ad campaign or website, make you happy while we are at it and come away with a few bucks in our pockets, then we really
could not ask for more.
ABOUT the OWNER
Orlando Rios ORLANDO RIOS - Owner and Creative Thinker
With over 10 years of solid hands on experience, Orlando has now come into
his own with the creation of CBL. A successful freelance designer since 2000, the next logical piece of the puzzle was to form a solid business foundation where the roots of something to call his own could flourish into what most creative types yearn for: the chance at complete creative freedom and to do things his way.
Prior to his most current stint of freelance work, Orlando was Marketing Coordinator/Senior Designer for Transwestern, one of the nations top commercial real estate companies where he handled creative/marketing for their Multi-Housing team, one of the most highly regarded on the west coast.
Before that, he held a Senior Designer position with Daily Variety Magazine and their parent company, Reed Business Information where he worked for just over 7 years all throughout their Home Entertainment group and Creative Services/Marketing department.
With a slew of too many one-off and long-term contract projects to keep count as well as holding just about every type of position on the graphic design totem-poll, Orlando uses
his past experiences as a key resource for tomorrow's endeavors.
